AUVRAH RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

IMPORTANT HYGIENE NOTICE
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, intimate items are final sale. Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, contact us at flint@auvrah.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
- Intimate or personal-use products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Beauty or self-care products

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
